Why It Works

• The Honduras (Natural Process): Provides the "dark" side of the equinox. Because the coffee cherry is dried with the fruit intact, it contributes a heavy body and intense sweetness, trailing notes of sun-dried berries and cocoa.  

• The Rwanda (Washed Process): Provides the "light." The washing process strips away the fruit to reveal a clean, elegant bean. It brings the necessary "snap" to the cup, offering floral aromatics and a sparkling citrus acidity that cuts through the richness.
