Peru | Cajamarca Natural
The growers of this Peruvian variety were selected for their ability to give a true "taste of place" from the Cajamarca region in the Andes Mountains. Cajamarca is one of Peru's largest coffee exporters as the mountain elevation provides optimal conditions for several coffee varietals.
This particular selection is a naturally-processed coffee, meaning no water or machines are used to dry the fruit matter from the bean. Not only does this method help limit the use of water, it brings out the natural sweetness and body to your cup!

From Cafe Imports:
As an origin, Peru has all the conditions necessary to produce world-class coffee: Its high elevation; prominence of good varieties like Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra; and a quality-focused movement among smallholder growers, especially in cooperatives utilizing organic husbandry, is very encouraging for the future recognition these lots will deservedly receive.
