Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy | Conservation bag

The Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy is dedicated to taking action at the intersection of people and nature, elevating landscapes for the benefit of all, and showing leadership in conservation. Founded in 1997, the Conservancy protects nearly 6,000 acres of land in Michigan and takes on complex land restoration projects with a focus on environmental justice and social equity. In urban and rural settings, the Conservancy addresses some of the most complex land use challenges in the Saginaw Bay Watershed.

The coffee inside of the SBLC bag is our House Blend. This blend has been with us since the beginning and has been a staple in most of our partners cafe's. It is a blend of coffees from Guatemala and Colombia. We could consider this a medium roast and is a nice chocolate/caramel/cherry cup. This coffee is versatile. You can pull a shot, make an ol' fashioned pot, or slowly pour water over a bed of grounds in a beautiful chemex/v60/kalita. The coffee bags themselves are compostable, and can disappear into your home compost in 90 days. Enjoy!
